Who is responsible

What we collect

• Contact details of the person booking.
• Traveller details, including passport details where a provider or authority requires them.
• Booking and payment records. Card details are taken by our card payment provider; we do not see full card numbers.
• Messages and requests you send us.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

• Making and managing your booking: contract.
• Passing details to providers and authorities where required: contract, legal obligation.
• Accounting and fraud prevention: legal obligation, legitimate interests.
• Offers by email, if you ask for them: consent.

Who we share it with

Travel providers, our technology provider that runs this site and the booking system, our card payment provider, our email provider, and authorities where the law requires. When we book your trip, we share the details needed with airlines, hotels and other suppliers, some of whom are outside the UK; this is necessary to provide the booking you asked for. Where our own service providers handle your information outside the UK, we use countries covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved data transfer contracts.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information for 6 years after your trip, to meet UK tax rules and the time limits for legal claims, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, to take it elsewhere, and to withdraw consent. Contact sales@ncltours.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
