Who we are

Our role

• Single services (a flight, hotel, transfer, car, activity, insurance or cruise booked on its own): we act as agent for the provider. Your contract for the service is with the provider.
• Packages: when we sell a package, we are its organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. See ATOL and package protection.

Booking

• A contract is made when we email your confirmation with a booking reference.
• Check names against passports and tell us of any error straight away.
• The lead traveller must be 18 or over and accepts these terms for everyone booked.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown include taxes and our fees. Any charge payable locally is shown before you pay.
• Payment terms: a deposit or full payment is taken when you book, as shown before you pay; any balance is due by the date on your booking confirmation.
• If we cannot complete a paid booking, we refund the full amount to the card used.

Providers' conditions

Each provider's own conditions (fare rules, baggage, cancellation policy) apply and are shown before you pay.

Changes and cancellations by you

• Ask through Manage booking on this site or by contacting us.
• What can change, and the cost, depends on the provider. Our charges: the airline's, hotel's or other supplier's charges, plus our administration fee of £50 per person.
• We confirm the cost before acting.

Changes and cancellations by the provider or us

We tell you of any change we hear of and explain your options. Your rights against the provider, such as refunds or compensation, depend on its conditions and the law.

Your responsibilities

Passports, visas, travel authorisations and health requirements are your responsibility. Visa information we give is guidance only. We recommend travel insurance from the time you book.

Our liability

We arrange bookings with reasonable skill and care. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Complaints

Contact sales@ncltours.co.uk with your booking reference. If you have a complaint, please tell us as soon as possible so we can help put things right.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
